Registration Details
Age Divisions
Boys and girls ages 5 to 18 are eligible to join the Eagles and compete in one of six divisions: Sub-Gremlin, Gremlin, Bantam, Junior, Youth, or 15-18. An athlete's division in the 2026 season is determined by his or her age as of December 31, 2026.

How to Register
After reviewing the following details, you will be directed to the registration link at the bottom of this page. There, you will be prompted to create an account, register your athlete(s), and provide payment through the Sports Engine registration process. All fields with a RED * are required and must be filled in to continue.
Required Documents
The following documents are required to ensure your athlete has a position on the team:
- Completed Player Contract
- Executed Code of Conduct/Medical Waiver Form
- Photocopy of one of the following Proof of Birth documents:
- Birth Certificate (not the one from the hospital)
- Military Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Foreign Birth Certificate or Green Card
- School Record with documented date of birth
- Court Decree
- Valid California Identification Card
2026 Registration Fees
Registration fees for Track & Field sign-ups include insurance, all practices, track & field meets, ribbons and medals earned during our regular season (February–May), team & individual photos, yearbook, and the year-end Awards Banquet. For Speed/Strength athletes, the registration fees include insurance and all practices.

Track & Field Registration Fees
During the month of December, there will be an Early Bird discount of $50.00 from the above totals.
Included in your registration is a $50.00 volunteer deposit, which you can earn back by volunteering a total of six (6) hours at one of our home track meets or by becoming an assistant coach, team manager, or team Mom/Dad.
Speed/Strength Training Fee
$200.00 Per Athlete (No sibling discount) ~ Speed/Strength Training is PRACTICE ONLY... NO TRACK MEET PARTICIPATION ~
Additional Information and Requirements
During the season, the first TWO (2) weeks of practice the West Valley Eagles will give a full refund, less $50.00, for any athlete who wishes to withdraw from the team. No refund will be given to any athlete who drops from the team after this time.
BY COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR NAME WILL BE USED AS YOUR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN EACH DOCUMENT:
- Parent/Legal Guardian Consent on the Player Contract
- Medical Clearance and Permission to Participate on the Valley Youth Conference "Code of Conduct" form
- Non-use of Performance Enhancing Substances on the Valley Youth Conference "Code of Conduct" form
